Submitting a claim is fast and easy.

You can choose the method that is most convenient for you.

We currently accept claims through the following:

• Fax
• U.S. Mail

When placing a claim, be sure to have all your information ready. This includes any contracts, invoices, letters, emails, and any other documentation that can be used to prove the debt. You will also need the correct legal name of the individual(s) or corporation(s) liable, as well as a current address and any other contact information if possible.
